Video: Argo armed robbery on tape

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office need your help finding an armed robbery suspect.

Investigators say a man robbed the BP gas station in Argo Friday night, off Interstate 59.

Investigators say the man in the black shirt in the video asked the cashier for change, then pulled out a handgun when the drawer was open, fired off a shot, then got the rest of the cash, all while another customer was inside the store.  No one was shot.

Authorities say they’re not sure if the robber is someone local, or if he’s someone who was traveling through since it’s a holiday weekend.

They do know the suspect left with a small amount of money in a small red car.
