The Day Ahead- Monday, September 8, 2008:
-The new Bass Pro Shops in Leeds will be holding a job fair Monday, Sept. 8th through Wednesday, Sept. 10th. The job fair starts at 8 a.m. and immediate on-site interviews will be conducted for all available full and part time positions.
-The Jefferson County Commission will be holding a special called meeting Monday at 10 a.m. to discuss the sewer bond debt.
-First Graders at Glen Iris Elementary will be receiving XO Laptops Monday at 1 p.m.
-The Hoover Board of Education meets Monday at 5:30 p.m.
