More than a dozen homes without water in Etowah Co.

  Flood waters washed out a water supply line to a community in Etowah county. It happened on Vaughn Road near Mayo Road in the Altoona community.
  About 19 homes are without water. Etowah County Emergency Management workers are on the scene trying to assist residents there. Officials have not said when the water lines will be repaired.
