Court Hearing For Suspect In Face Shooting In Birmingham

A judge decided to send an attempted murder case to a grand jury.
According to a court clerk, Judge Shelly Watkins sent the case of the defendant, Joe Lacino, to a grand jury.
Lacino is charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a woman earlier in September 2008.
The incident happened on 19th Street Southwest, and the victim was shot in the face.
