2 Killed and 2 Injured In Walker County Accident

JASPER- Alabama state troopers say two people died and two others were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Walker County. Troopers said the accident happened Monday afternoon at about 2:45 p.m. on Horse Creek Boulevard. The deceased driver in one vehicle was identified as 26-year-old Emily Childers of Jasper. A passenger in the second vehicle, 59-year-old Robert Hendon of Cordova, was also killed. The injured were transported to hospitals in Birmingham and Jasper. Troopers said the accident remains under investigation.
