Murder Victim Found in Center Point

A resident at apartments located in the 1800 block of Amberwood Drive, Center Point reported that someone was laying outside in the grass outside the building.

Deputies responded to find a Hispanic Male believed to be in his 20's dead. The cause of death is unknown but the victim appeared to have trauma to the head and appeared to have been there several hours.

The victim has not been identified and there are no suspects at this time. Sheriffs deputies are investigating this as a homicide and are asking anyone with information to call the Sheriffs Office at 325-1450.
