Creole Pasta
Ingredients:
1 Tsp. unsalted butter
¼ cup shelled and deveined medium shrimp
¼ cup andouille sausage
¼ cup crawfish tails
1 cooked chicken breast
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ Tsp. tomato pasta
¼ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup diced tomato
4 cups cooked penne pasta
Creole Spice to Taste

Instructions:
In a med sauté pan, melt butter.  Add the shrimp and sauté until the shrimp are pink in color.  Add the sausage, diced peppers, and crawfish tails and cook until browned.  Add the tomato paste, Creole spice, and heavy cream to pan.  Allow the cream to come to a slow boil, add tomatoes, chicken and pasta.  Toss everything until the pasta is completely coated with sauce and warm throughout.  Serve in large bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
