Jefferson Co. Commissioner Shelia Smoot answers questions about possibly running for U.S. Rep. Artur Davis’ seat.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala-- After Tuesday's Jefferson County Commission meeting, Jefferson County Commissioner Shelia Smoot answered questions regarding if she is considering running for U.S. Representative Artur Davis' seat.
Davis recently announced that he run for Alabama Governor in 2010.
